Grad Slam 2017 Final Competition & Celebratory Reception

Friends and colleagues!

We are very pleased to invite you to the UCLA Grad Slam Final Competition & Celebratory Reception on Tuesday, April 25^th. The event is free and open to the public.

One of our EE PhD students, Gary Yeung, made it as a finalist to the UCLA Grad Slam (these are 3 minute mini-Ted Talks). Ninety (90) students competed in the first round and 20 of them were selected as semi finalists. Of the 20,ten students made it to the final round.

I hope you and/or your students will come and support him! It will be on Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the CNSI building.
