HHMI Undergraduate Research and Demo Day at UCLA
More than 30 undergraduate researchers presented and demonstrated their research results and projects at the HHMI Undergraduate Research and Demo Day at UCLA, which took place at CNSI.
These undergraduate researchers have been conducting research over the last 3 quarters on translational bio- and nano-photonics technologies aiming at various mobile health and telemedicine applications. The program is created by Professor Aydogan Ozcan and is funded by the HHMI Professors Program. Undergraduate researchers in his group have so far co-authored 50 refereed journal articles and more than 100 papers in conference proceedings. For more information:
