Prof. Razavi's Research Group Sets World Record

Professor Behzad Razavi's research group develops a 300-GHz oscillator in 65-nm CMOS technology. The new oscillator topology significantly exceeds the previous world record, which was 205 GHz in 45-nm CMOS.
