Northrop Grumman funds Faculty Research

Professors Frank Chang, Behzad Razavi, and Jason Woo, have been funded $475,000 from Northrop Grumman Corporation for their research entitiled "Mixed Signal and RF CMOS IC Design", as part of the US Air Force/DARPA ELASTx Program.
