Biography

Dr. Mesghali received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1984. He has a B.S. degree from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 1974 and an M.S. degree from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio in 1976, both in Electrical Engineering. He joined ST Systron Donner Corporation in 1984 as senior microwave design engineer. He is currently working at Boeing Satellite Systems as a scientist. His area of interest is design and development of satellite communication payloads. He is a member of IEEE and recipient of the Henry Samueli Excellence in Teaching Award in recognition of outstanding performance as an instructor for the 2000-2001 academic year.
