Biography

Rebecca Rasmussen is the author of the novel The Bird Sisters published by Random House. For the past eight years, she has taught English and Creative Writing at universities across the country. Before joining the EE department at UCLA, she was the assistant director of the Writing Center at the University of Massachusetts, where she worked with ESL students as well as graduate students, promoting effective writing and communication.
