Biography

Dr. Hasan Sharifi received his PhD in the areas of Microelectronics and Nanotechnology from Purdue University, West Lafayette in 2007. He received his bachelor and master degrees in 1994 and 1997, respectively, both in Electrical Engineering. He is currently a senior research staff scientist in the Microelectronics Lab. at HRL Laboratories, Malibu, CA. His areas of interest and research are in design and fabrication of microwave and millimeter wave circuits, 3D heterogeneous integration, and infrared subsystems.
