Biography

Dr. Shih received his B.S. degree in physics with highest honor from National Taiwan University and his Ph.D. degree in physics from California Institute of Technology in 1972 and 1980, respectively. Dr. Shih worked at Northrop Grumman for 32 years as a Senior Laser Scientist. He is now an Independent Contractor at JAG Professional Services. Dr. Shih has published over 60 technical papers, written several book chapters, and received 14 US patents.
