Work and Research
Experience:
August 2005 – Present
Founder/Chief
Technical Officer, Ilial Inc.; a Los Angeles based Internet startup company.
Developing technologies to improve online advertising industry by extracting knowledge
of the web and matching user intention to any categorized database.
Spring 2005 – Present
Research
Assistant: Focus on complex networks and designing large scale networks for
which traditional optimization methods are not computationally practical. These
applications include modeling, structure design, formation, routing and
performance. Specific applications are sensor networks, biological networks,
World Wide Web and social networks. UCLA Complex Networks
Lab.
Spring 2004 – 2005
Research
Assistant: Design of the first unstructured peer-to-peer (P2P) network (Brunet)
using distributed adaptive protocols. UCLA Complex Networks
Lab.
Fall 2002 – Spring 2003
Research
Assistant: Online calibration of time-stretched ADC arrays; finding jitter and
gain and offset mismatch in time stretched ADC arrays. UCLA
