Email: gharavi@ee.ucla.edu       Sam Gharavi received the B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in June 2005 and the M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto in May 2007. His research interests include analog integrated circuits, mm-wave CMOS, RF and microwave circuits, device modeling, electromagnetics, and wireless communication systems. In September 2007, Sam joined HSEL at which he is working on the next generation of mm-wave CMOS wireless transceivers.
