The Communication Circuits Laboratory (CCL) conducts research in the area of high-speed analog and RF circuits. Emphasizing the use of mainstream CMOS technologies, our research seeks solutions to challenging design problems and exploits new devices, circuits, and architectures to push the performance envelope.

Our work has been internationally recognized by numerous awards and benefited many in industry and academia. For example, six of the 20 most-read IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits papers in 2003 were published by members of CCL (SSCS).
