The full research paper led by Hannaneh Hojaiji, and Yichao Zhao from Professor Emaminejad’s Interconnected and Integrated Bioelectronics Lab (I²BL) is featured on the cover of the most recent issue of the Lab on a Chip journal. In this paper, they present a hybrid-flex wearable system that enables autonomous sweat sampling—at programmable secretion rates—and analysis at intermittent timepoints for diurnal biomarker data acquisition and longitudinal personal health monitoring.
