Annual Career Fair

The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of UCLA is holding an area-specific “Virtual” Career Fair through the software platform Brazen. Please mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 20th from 12:00pm – 4:00pm. This event is a day or two prior to other events offered through our Career Center so we hope that it fits well with your other scheduled events.

The goal for this Fair is to provide a forum for more personal and extended interaction for our students seeking summer or permanent employment and for industry seeking talent with specific knowledge base and training. We believe that this type of focused interaction with a targeted pool of applicants and companies is more conducive to more effective and efficient networking.

This Brazen platform will provide dedicated video chat booth(s) for your organization to meet both undergraduate and graduate students. These booths are available on a first-come first-served basis, so please immediately sign up at this link. A nominal fee will be charged to defray the costs of the event, and resume books from several student organizations will be available in advance to help you align any discussions with specific students prior to the event. Once you sign up, a student group representative will contact you about submitting the event sponsorship fee via a credit card link. Additionally, if you are interested in becoming an ECE Partner, please contact our new Vice Chair of Industry Relations, Prof. Subu Iyer (s.s.iyer@ucla.edu).

We at the UCLA ECE Department look forward to learning about your organization and engaging with you. We also hope to further any engagements with your team,and this Career Fair offers the opportunity to explore additional collaborations in research, mentorship, and educational support.
