Hannaneh Hojaiji, an ECE undergraduate researcher in Prof. Sam Emaminejad’s Lab, Interconnected & Integrated Bioelectronics Lab (I²BL), wins the Asad Madni Scholarship in Engineering for her commitment to the advancement of knowledge in electrical engineering geared towards biomedical applications.

Hannaneh won this prestigious award because of her outstanding undergraduate research work and publications in developing smart health monitoring systems, in addition to her dedicated contribution in mentoring high school and freshman students from underrepresented communities to pursue STEM majors and be actively involved in undergraduate research.
