Prof. Fragouli is the recipient of the 2016 Okawa Foundation Research Grant

Professor Christina Fragouli has been awarded a 2016 Okawa Foundation Research Grant for applying network coding techniques to wireless network secrecy. The Okawa Foundation’s mission is to promote and develop the field of information and telecommunications  through awards and research grants as well as efforts to nurture researchers, engineers, and providers.  The grant was given this year to 9 faculty in US across diverse disciplines. The Grant Presentation Ceremony took place at the Grand Hyatt  San Francisco on September 22, 2016.
